We have developed and encourage our students to participate in “Bobcat Body Breaks” throughout the school day. Numerous studies have proven that brain function increases along with the
ability to focus after exercise. Our body breaks are less than 5 minutes in duration but
the benefits can make the difference throughout the entire day!

Bobcat Body Break #1(Duration: 4 minutes)
Each exercise last about 20 sec. 1) Jog lightly 2) Jog a little faster 3) Butt Kicks 4) Chair squats 5) Tricep dips 6) Mountain Climbers 7) Punch it out! 8) Lunges 9) Arm Circles 10) Take a few deep breaths 11) Get Back to work! |
